Vanilla Souffle
Ingredients :
4 Eggs
4 tsp butter
1/2 cup of flour
1/2 cup of milk
2 tsp icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla powder
Egg Mixture :
3 Egg yolks
1 Egg white
Method :
(1) Boil up milk and butter, then add in vanilla seeds, flour and egg yolk. Boil into a thick mixture. Set aside.
(2) Whip egg white and sugar until stiff but no flaky. Slowly fold in milk and flour mixture. Add vanilla.
(3) Butter and sugar the inside wall of a baking bowl. Pour in mixture and bake for 18 minutes at 200 degrees till puffy and crust turns golden brown.
